Flow Series

A powerful practice mentally and physically!  We kick off the class with 30 minutes of  Sun Salutations into standing poses, igniting the inner fire to burn impurities and establish mental focus. This well rounded practice then moves to core work, back bends, forward folds and then into inversions to turn your world upside down and release that inner child!  You just gotta do it!!!
Yoga Core / Pilates

This class will involve movement, flowing from a strong center. We will focus on building core strength with a combination of yoga and pilates, providing  a gentle yet effective approach to align from and strengthen the core muscles for spinal support and abdominal toning.  Each technique will be taught at multiple levels, from beginner to more  advance.

Belly Dancing

This unique class is designed to teach you the basic techniques, movements and combinations used in traditional and modern belly dance, as well as some of the history and culture of the craft.  Whether you're a self described novice with "two left feet" or a dancer continuing to hone her craft, the full-body workout you'll get in this class is perfect for all ages, fitness and dance levels. If you want to keep this class on our listings, please sign up!

Tai chi

Originating in ancient China, Tai-Chi was created on the basis of nature and harmony. The gentle flowing movements contain inner power that strengthens the body, improves mental balance and brings better health and harmony to one's life.  Now practiced all over the world, it is considered one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
